This firm has misrepresented itself as a BBB Accredited Business on its Web site at  goodcreditunion.com/. On December 11, 2014, the BBB requested that this firm cease and desist all unauthorized use of the BBB name and logo on its website. THIS FIRM IS NOT CURRENTLY A BBB ACCREDITED BUSINESS with the Better Business Bureau Serving Metropolitan New York, the service area in which it is headquartered. As of January 12, 2015, the business has not responded to BBB's requests to discontinue the unauthorized use of BBB's trademark and continues to use the BBB logo on their website.

Where is your proof? There are no provisions in the IRC (Internal Revenue Code) that will allow personal expenses to be deducted on either corporate or individual federal income tax return. This is bank fraud and tax fraud. Google Disguised Income and Constructive Dividends

If you are a C Corporation, what you are doing is distributing the profits of the corporation on behalf of a shareholder, which will require that you issue a Form 1099-DIV at the end of the year for all such profit distributions.

If you are an S Corporation, such payments would also be considered a distribution of profit, even though S Corporations don't usually issue a Form 1099-DIV for such a transaction. In an S Corporation, the shareholder must report his/her share of the profit on his personal return anyway, whether or not the profit is distributed via cash payments or payments of personal expenses.

A corporation is a separate legal entity. And therefore, it really should not be paying the personal expenses of the shareholders. Should someone take legal action against the corporation, and this type of activity is discovered, someone could easily point to these personal payments as proof that this so-called corporation is not really a corporation, and you would then lose the benefit of limited liability. This is known as "piercing the corporate veil" and you definitely don't want to go there.

If you own a business, why not run it like a business? Does Microsoft pay the personal expenses of Bill Gates? Keep your books clean. In a sole proprietorship, if you need to withdraw money from the business to pay personal bills, transfer the money to your personal account first and write the check from there. In a corporation, issue yourself a paycheck or a dividend check, but don't muddy the waters by treating your corporate account like it's your own personal expense account.

I have personally spoken to affiliates from Good Credit Union and have seen the results they provide. ALL results were legitamite and proven. Who ever is attempting to discredit this company is rather making a fool out of themselves. I know for a fact that  Goodcreditunion.com is a very ethical and trust worthy company

My experience is different.

I know this company is legit because, they produced the result I needed.

I have been paying Lexington Law for many months before I found them.

They got the job done and I am happy with my credit.

This Author may be lying on this....I know Alexander (Good Credit Union) as a great guy - He tells you the truth on when to see changes and all of that.

I hope this was posted as a joke.

She's from Winter Park Florida and Moved To Atlanta Georgia and Lives With Her Husband Who is Convicted FELON of Racketeering.. Most consumers that have bought and got ripped off by shelf corp will tell you it was her... kids in background, distinct voice with ebonics, always speaks and gets bipolar, very moody and emotions differ per phone calls, lots of her websites have bubble looking type people icons all from the same software, all have affiliate broker wanted page and most have 800 or some local since people are paranoid of the 800 number but all phones have call screening that you have to identify your name so she can hide from past angry clients.  
If client wants refund cause mad she didn't do anything but rip them off  she tries to pull they back ground report then extort more money out of them and threaten to post it on the internet. Evil Calculating, Bipolar, Seems to Be a Drug Addict. I Sent her deals 10 years ago when first started and learned what a scam she was when she ripped off my clients and I had pay them back, I have saw her continue with tricks and scamming ever since. 
She can't do funding so she may advertise that to get leads to con people in to buying shelf corporations, corporate tradelines, or credit repair she will try to get them on a payment plan for some big amount so she will have excuse to cover fact she doesn't deliver anything in return.  
She post fabricated Lied about competition to but them out of business.. about falsing info that xyz company is phishing or computer phishing and they are under investigation so she can compete with her anonymous ads and all her new ads and websites that she creates weekly...... 
She also has some type of flagging software to flag out any company that's legit and been around to allow her new companies to flourish.   As of lately this con still calls from different numbers and will hang up like 10 to 20 times and then email some anonymous email like this one saying:
